LOCATION:

University of New Hampshire (UNH)

"Swansey Indoor 8 lane Pool"

LIMITED TO 16 PARTICIPANTS:

DATE:

February 5th (Saturday) 1-5pm

Spend an afternoon fully immersed in Greenlandic Technique!

Overcome your fear of rolling! Learn the importance of lying on the water!

Learn which rolls are best for you and your kayak.

Cheri Perry and Turner Wilson will demonstrate as well as explain the many different greenland rolls, and articulate their strengths and weaknesses. They will offer specific step by step details of successful rolling, and the common pitfalls that sabotage your rolling efforts.

Afterwards we will work with participants both one on one and in a group context, offering both individual, group and mentoring advice and practice suggestions.

There will be some low volume kayaks, tuiliqs and paddles available, but folks should also bring their own kayak.

Hi Doug,

It looks like the driving may be a problem on Saturday. I am traveling a long distance to this event and I am wondering if there will be an alternative date arranged in case of hazardous driving conditions?

Looking forward to the session tomorrow. If at all possible to email me cheri@kayakways.net with some information that will help us prepare for class.

Do you have a roll?

If yes, which ones?

Your goal for class.

Height & weight?

What kayak are you bringing to the pool?

Thanks

Cheri & Turner
