Primarily it's for local walking trails, but I have a page on the Concord River. I've never been north of the Billerica dam, but you might be interested to know you can go from there south for miles and miles without a portage (I've done the first 21 miles a little at a time, the rest is up to you...) It will take you right through the North Bridge National Park, where the "shot heard 'round the world" was fired.
