Highs in the mid 50s. Light and variable winds. W WINDS AROUND 5 KT... SEAS 1 FOOT OR LESS...THEN 1 TO 2 FT IN THE AFTERNOON. Since it will be a low tide mid day we'll launch from Fort Stark in New Castle See the link below. Fort Stark Directions I'm planning an 11am Launch time but am flexible if you can't make until later. We'll decide where to go once we meet.
