gyork Posted September 10, 2008 Share Posted September 10, 2008 With or without a lengthy trip report, anyone care to share where they journeyed this past summer as part of a multi-day trip? For me (us): Group of 3 to 5, Sunday to Saturday CCW circumnav of Deer Isle and IAH, camping at 3 separate MITA islands and Duck Harbor (IAH, part of Acadia NP). Cloudy/drizzly/foggy week for the most part (group sun dance when it finally appeared), but managed to cook/set-up between any precip. Highlights: IAH hiking (Eban's Head), campfires, foggy crossings, and exceptional companions. Not a long trip by Arledge/Kates/others standards, but a great way to spend a week.
