That looks like Mr. Maynard in a Cetus. Sweet... Yes, that was Steve Maymard in the Cetus. He swears by it and can make it dance. He did switch off halfway through an off shore paddle we took and a lighter 4 star paddler took the Cetus and found it to fish-tail as his stern kept coming out of the water.
