Learn to roll plus two fancy rescues in an hour

I just came across Matt Johnson's video showing how he taught rolling in an hour to a friend who had never kayaked before.

Just as crucial is how the skills Matt's video demonstrates are essential to two fancy rescues: the hand-of-god rescue (poorly demonstrated, unfortunately) and the bow-roll rescue (well if sketchily-illustrated).

Matt produced the first video, not the second or third.
