jonsprag1 Posted March 25, 2007 Share Posted March 25, 2007 Jim Claus and I did our annual first of the year paddle from Sandy Point Beach (the one in Stockton Springs in Northern Penobscot Bay not the one on Cousins Island in Casco Bay--the Maine Section of the trip suggestions on this site probably has every one confused) Bright sunny day, mild breeze---about an 8 mile trip--nice first of the season paddle(no I don't go in January, Feb etc--too busy skiing and besides its way too cold to go out in a kayak that time of year---I would be suprised if even the Inuit did it.)
