dan_f
Patty posted what turned out to be a wonderful SNG starting from the Greasy Pole in Gloucester Harbor. We paddled along the west coast of the Harbor past Norman's Woe to Gray Beach in Magnolia Harbor, where we ate lunch. After lunch, we paddled around Kettle Island back to Norman's Woe, where we crossed to the Dog Bar and stopped near Gloucester Light behind the Dog Bar. We returned to the put-in after paddling up the east side of the harbor. My crude measurement indicated a trip distance of 10 miles. I posted three pictures from the trip on my web page: http://home.comcast.net/~d.fabricant/ Dan

Bill Gwynn
Yes it was a great day, our level 2/3 quickly turned into a level 3 after passing Norman's Woe, it got pretty bumby out there. We had one capsize and Walter did a great job with a quick T rescue. I also snapped a couple of pics, they can be seen here: [http://www.kayakpics.com/gallery/glsg]
