BECOMING W 5 TO 10 KT AROUND NOON...THEN BECOMING SW LATE. SEAS 2 TO 4 FT. Planning on putting in at Tuck Point in Beverly at around 1pm, heading up to Misery and the vicinity. If conditions warrant it (read if it's too damn cold with the wind ), the paddle will be called at the beach.
