Low tide at 1:47pm, suggesting launch around 11:00am. Weather: S WINDS 5 TO 10 KT. SEAS 4 TO 7 FT IN E SWELL. PATCHY FOG. VSBY 1 NM OR LESS...INCREASING TO 3 NM IN THE AFTERNOON.
