Posted September 13, 200618 yr Friday at Forest River Park, planning on L2 trip with skills practice thrown in. This trip is designed to help a friend new to paddling, so anyone else in the same boat (pun intended) is welcome to come along. Usual SNG rules apply. Put in around 4pm. Going rain or shine. Given that we'll be practicing, try to dress for immersion with at least a wetsuit.

September 14, 200618 yr Author Mary, Take route 114 towards Marblehead and then turn left at the lights right before Salem State College. Follow that road until it ends and the park will be right in front of you.

September 15, 200618 yr Author Brian, There are bathrooms at the park, but I'm not sure if they are open past Labor Day. I usually just use a towel and change at my car.
