Alex Debski
Anyone interested in surfing Easter Sunday around 2pm? Hopefully this can work around any brunch or dinner plans for the day. Forecast in Nahant is solid 2-4ft @ 8sec with very little wind. Unfortunately, my white water kayak is in Rhode Island so whoever comes can laugh at me trying to do tricks in a Romany. Joseph Berkovitz
I have been noting the surf forecast and I'm interested in this. But I will not be available until at least 2 pm due to family activities, and there's a chance I maybe can't go at all

Where in RI? I/my husband could possibly pick them up and bring them to the pre-easter plunge tomorrow for you.
eburgess
I was hoping to go tomorrow, but due to an early morning appointment, I wouldn’t be able to get to the launch in time. Have to pull out. Satay safe!

See you tomorrow at the pre-easter paddle though
Joseph Berkovitz
Alex, I’ll be able to go. Will look for something from you tomorrow.
Alex Debski
The buoys are only reading 3ft @9s right now... not sure if it’s worth it. Usually they need to be 5 or 6ft to get any good surf in Nahant
Joseph Berkovitz
I'm currently seeing 3.9' @ 6s -- which, to be sure, is also not very great given that HT at Nahant is at 1.45 pm, so we probably won't get those nice long rides. Anyway I am still planning to go out around here around mid-afternoon. Conditions may change. I might investigate the Devereux surf break by way of circumnav of Marblehead Neck, that way there is at least some enjoyable rock play even if surfing doesn't pan out. Alex Debski
Latest update on buoy 44013 is barely 2ft. I’ll save my energy for surfing in newport tomorrow! If you’re interested in coming down to Rhode Island tomorrow let me know! Forecast is 3-5ft 10sec
