Leadership Training- Cobscook/Quoddy Head June 4-8, 2016

Do you understand the relationship between situational awareness and time?

How about the relationship between time and decision-making?

Do you know how experience is related to decision-making?

Do you understand how a ‘reflective conversation’ can make experiences more effective tools to make a decision?

In this 5-day course, we are not expecting to make you a leader, and no certificates are included. What we intend to do is introduce or re-acquaint you to the principles of situational awareness, decision-making and the 'reflective conversation' as they relate to leadership and guide you as you begin your journey or take your journey in to more dynamic challenges. We’ll be drawing from the most up to date research presenting some novel concepts to help develop your skills.

We will use the environment of Cobscook Bay and the outer Quoddy Head coast to start the conversation spending time in the most varied environment we have available on the East Coast. For folks with the pre-requisites, this course will meet the standards of a BC 5 Star Training
