Cape Ann paddling / Blackburn training this week?

I'm doing the Blackburn Challenge and I have the upcoming week of vacation, so I'll be on the water a lot, somewhere between Manchester and Essex. I'd welcome your company, and my schedule is completely flexible. Whether you'd like a good workout or something more relaxed but still brisk, I'd be happy with it.
