It is easy to just announce a launch time and location and hope for the best, but to actually plan and execute a successful trip for all involved can be challenging. This workshop is designed for paddlers who want to plan basic sheltered water or coastal day trips, and can be used as a precursor to the Advanced Trip Planning Workshop. This workshop will be both instructional and interactive, and will include actual trip planning exercises of popular NSPN destinations.
