Sunday Anything Paddle Fishermans Beach, SwampscottThis event is full. You can register to join the waitlist.
This is the first in a series of paddles to come on Sunday mornings this summer, when I'm available.
Arrive at Fishermans Beach, Swampscott at 8:30 am on Sunday for a 9 am launch. We will determine the route and distance to fit the interests and comfort level of folks who come. There is no prescribed skill level for this paddle, but as always note the weather and conditions. Due to the sustained NE breeze over the weekend we may see a bit of choppy water. Likely some drizzle at the start and mix of overcast/sun. Wind NE at 8-10 kt. Waves 2-3 feet, some mix of swell and wind waves. Air in the upper 50s, water the same. Low water around 9 pm, High around 3 pm.
Usual requirements: sea kayak with full deck lines and bulkheads, spray skirt, dress for immersion, and bring a helmet if you want to go near the rocks. We have some of those around here.
Please register for the waitlist here: https://forms.gle/EWnByUnP2fjRXNX67
