NSPN is incorporated in Massachusetts as a not-for-profit charitable organization and has been determined to be a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Any person may become a member by signing up on our Messsage Board. There are two levels of membership. Paid Members and Guests. Paid members receive additional benefits.
