Paddle Newport Harbor and stop for a guided tour of the International Yacht Restoration School (IYRS). We will pass the Goat Island Light go under the Newport Bridge and continue to historic Rose Island for lunch and a guided tour of the Lighthouse and Fort. Much of the afternoon will be spent listening to the Newport Jazz Festival at Fort Adams. We will end the day with a relaxing paddle through very picturesque and historic portions of the harbor. Level 3. A complete description may be found on the General Message Board. $10.00 for beach landing fees and tours of IYRS and Rose Island.
