Directional Control: sweeps, backward, and draw strokes - Demonstrate and share techniques again, but these skills definitely will require more practice on your own.



Put-In: Medford Boat Club Parking Lot on Mystic Valley Parkway, Medford, MA (located in between Upper and Lower Mystic Lakes)



NSPN Members: Free


Non-Members Welcome: $6 per session and sign ACA waiver
