Description: Families with children are invited on this introductory trip in Marblehead Harbor. We will paddle to Brown’s Island (<1.5 miles), and stop for lunch and skills demonstration/practice. The group may break up into two pods for the opportunity to paddle a longer distance. All paddlers must have performed a wet exit (we’ll show you how). Each paddler must have a forward stroke and be able to turn their boat unless in a double with an adult who has these skills. Each child must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult to each child).
