Doug
WHERE: Odiorne Boat Launch, Rye NH WHEN: Saturday July 3, 10:30 launch So far, three of us are launching from Odiorne Boat Launch and plan to paddle out Little Harbor on the low tide. We will follow a southerly route to Jenness State Beach for some surf-capades and a lunch break. On the paddle back, rock play may be a probable option as the tide fills in. Anyone that has paddled with me knows I like to follow the coastal edges rather than from point to point so plan on this probable format. All are welcome but a rough head count in advance by your response here or email would be appreciated. I would rate this to be an L2-3 paddle around 12-14 miles. Directions to Odiorne Boat Launch: Route 95 North to exit 3 ..... to lights at end of exit go right onto Route 3... Follow almost 1 mile to lights go right onto Peverly Hill Road ... At second set of lights (Rt 1) continue strait. Road changes name to Elwyn Rd... Travel 1.4 miles to Foyes Corner (circle/rotary), and proceed straight on Rte. 1A (Pioneer Rd) for 1.1 miles to Seavey Creek. Continue over new bridge and parking to Odiorne Boat Launch is immediately on your left. There has been no charge to park here this year. See You there.
