bethany
Here's some advice for those of you who want to learn to roll your boat: Watch a four month old. Seriously, I should make a video. I'm sitting here watching Lyra who has learned to roll from back to front. It's Exactly what you should do while rolling a kayak. She whips her hips over, curls her back up and then at the very end snaps her head up and has her hands in front of her in ready-to-rock position. I practically expect to see water dripping off her! --b
scamlin
Bethany: When are you going to get her into a kayak? She sounds trained and ready.... Do the video, seriously! I'd like to see it. Scott

Here she is 4 months old, didn't watch a single video on how to roll, nor did she read a book or have experts watch her and provide advice. She just decided she wanted to be upright and through some simple trial and error figured it out. To top it off, she learned in just a few tries from when she set her mind to it. Definitely video it and post it here as it seems to be the same simple steps that rolling takes. Suz
Phil Allen
Not to be harsh, but learning to roll would be so much easier if you can breathe while doing it (not very realistic though)

Really bad lighting though so I can't even see her. Sure she is adorable though. Suz
