rick stoehrer
i'll be there by 1830 and we'll do rescues, rolls, strokes...just messin' 'round really. bring some tennis balls and really, does an extra sponge ever hurt? wore a neoprene for the first time this season....that's new. ....and if anyone has a DIGITAL video recorder and were to bring it....we could take some vid of folks strokes and such and then you can see what your doing as opposed to what you think your doing. it's a really good tool and a little alarming the first time you see yourself on film/tape/mpg/wmv...format of your choice. Hi Rick, I've got a digital camera and a camcorder that I could bring to record video during Tuesday's session. This could be quite embarassing... Tuesdays and Wednesdays are fine for me...and only 10 minutes away! Thanks for holding these sessions! Suwin
rick stoehrer
in no particular order.... tennis balls - come, i'll show you the myriad uses for a tennis ball. they're a great tool! the extra sponge is simply because i keep losing the *%&^& things! directions from 495 below pick up rte 150/amesbury and cross highland and take a L onto greenleaf...take that to a R on Friend and then a quick L onto whitehall. you take a R onto high st and then go over a small stream...this runs down from the dam on gardner...you take a L to enter the town beach on gardner. googlemap amesbury and you'll see what i'm talking about...gardner is the long skinny lake to the E of lake attitash.
