August 13, 200717 yr http://www.thetrustees.org/pages/1220_daily_conditions.cfm Just FYI for the future, the greenhead season runs roughly from the first couple spring tides in July to the first couple in August. They make their nests right at the high tide line, so after those July high highs recede, they reign over the marsh, until the August spring highs wipe 'em out. That started relatively early this year. The spring highs around the first of August mostly did 'em in, and this last weekend's probably finished off the stragglers. --David.
