bob budd
Spent ~four hours poking into every nook and cranny between Lane's Cove and Rockport Harbour. As the morning progressed the water built from placing pond to the forecast 1ft or less seas. There's nothing like the sound of the surf hitting the rocks...followed by the scrape of polyethylene. Pulled a fisherman's hook out of the rocks but passed on the sashimi offered. The water temperature has reached the point where it takes three rolls before the headaches come. Attended a PPPO with Wild Turkey paddlers courtesy of Mark Stephens and Mike Hirsch. Attendees included one of our winter workshop torturees from last year, fresh out of instructor school, and Walter Mears rescuees off of Boston Light.
