Besides, that lake water is now probably a lot colder than the ocean. ;-)) Tendonitis? Ouch! But then why are you playing with those fat blades? I tried a fat Lightning for a while, and it definitely hurt my (bum) shoulder, so I didn't even give it time to make some tendonitis. I suggest you look at the Kalliste or Athena.
