Brian Nystrom
I need a beat-to-crap kayak to use for fiberglass and gelcoat repair photo sessions. The more holes, cracks and worn areas, the better. If anyone has - or knows of - a boat that they think is beyond repair, please let me know. Bill Gwynn
You are just about 2 days too late, my brother just took my Avocet for what appears to be a few weeks worth of work. It has holes, soft spots, delamination, seam seperations, and I have practically worn holes with my heels through the bottom. It's had a rough 3 years of use, but with any luck, he will resurrect it for another 3 years of abuse/fun.PS. Check with NESC, I think they may have a couple boats that were damaged severely in car accidents, and then left behind after the owner got an insurace pay off.
