June 22, 20241 yr Bill, The float is a typical rest/lunch spot for NSPN trips of the inner harbor that launch from the Little Mystic Boat ramp in Charlestown (no fee, ample parking). Little Mystic Public Ramp - Mystic River | Paddling.com I have not used the Fort Point Pier since before COVID. The practice described in the link you provided syncs with my experience. You're correct, the key question is parking. I suggest reaching out to the parking company @ (617) 542-1549. Cheers!
