Paddling instructor wanted

Hi North Shore Paddling Network members,

I am looking for a part time paddling instructor for the fall and spring of next school year.  

For the last 25 years Milton Academy's Outdoor Program (high school) has run paddling programs, but post-pandemic are trying to rebuild that program.  We run a paddling class after school in the fall and the spring, 3 days a week, usually Tuesday-Thursday, from 3:30-6 on Tuesday and Thursday and 1:30-6 on Wednesdays.  We have one faculty member at the school who will participate and be the point person for school logistics and most communication with the students; the instructor we hire would be the expert instructor and risk manager.  We usually have 8 students (high school) in the class plus the one faculty member. We have our own fleet of sea-kayaks and all the associated gear (skirts, paddles, PFDs, wetsuits, booties, spray jackets, dry bags).  Basically we have everything except a qualified instructor.
