rfolster Posted June 13, 2019 Share Posted June 13, 2019 An email reminder is sent out 30 days prior to your membership expiring, so if you have not seen that, please check your spam folder and adjust your email filtering if necessary. You can also to to the STORE tab and click on MANAGE PURCHASES to find and renew your membership. However, if it has been more than a year (365 days) since your membership renewal date, the renewal itself will have expired, and only an administrator can reset it.
