Can anyone suggest a place to surf without too many people? Scituate where the North River comes out? Is the James Landing boat ramp at Conservation Park possible as a put in? Thanks! You can park in the gravel lot just north of the Rye Harbor launch for free and paddle down to the beach or if your paddling a surf boat just park at the point and launch from there.
