rylevine Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 Part two of the Boston Navigation Paddle for Saturday, April 29. Strong flood conditions late-morning. The tidal range is 12.8 feet and max flood at 1.7kts. My plan would be to repeat the exercises from the first navigation paddle, but concentrate on assessing currents in West and Hull Guts. We will estimate current and compare with NOAA predictions and various kayak estimation rules. Crossings on transits and safe zones.
