NSPN Cabin Fever Party (aka "Winter Break-Out Party") and Members General Meeting: Saturday January 30th

NSPN'ers are warmly invited to gather for the FIRST! NSPN Cabin Fever Party (aka "Winter Break-Out Party") and Members General Meeting on Saturday, January 30^th at our old haunt the Gould Barn in Topsfield.

This will be our winter social event, replacing the Holiday Party, where we can gather, catch up with old friends, make new friends and share cheer and stories, as in past years.

The evening will begin @ 5:00PM for our Annual Meeting. In the past this meeting was held in the fall. It is our hope that by pairing the events and moving them away from "the holidays" we will entice and increase attendance. We will look back on the year including a financial review and share our vision for 2016. We welcome input, ideas and suggestions along with feedback. Many of the ideas that have come out of the Annual Meeting have been implemented so please join us.

The party will begin at 6PM with our traditional festivities: a bountiful pot luck meal (meeting NSPNs high culinary standards ~ anyone on the Jewell Island or Squam Lake trip can tell you about ... ). We are working on the rest of the details but rest assured it will include an NSPN members' art raffle, masterminded by Pru Baxter .

So, bring a favorite dish, beverage and a plus one, but most importantly, bring yourself for this, our winter gathering with paddling friends, to get 2016 off to an uncommonly adventurous and cheerful start.
