Decent NW breeze makes me want to play in the rocks along the Portsmouth shore than venture out around the Salem islands, but that's just me. It's gonaa be cold too, struggling to get above freezing, so even a 10k wind will be significant!! Just sayin'. I am flexable with location and timing.
